For Providers

Your credentials are a second job. Credium ends that.

Every new job, every hospital, every contract — the same stack of documents you've sent a hundred times, rebuilt from scratch every single time. Credium keeps everything organized, expiration-tracked, and ready to share in one link. Free, forever.

Free forever for providers  ·  No data sold, ever  ·  You own your profile

Every credential you have lives somewhere else.

Your med school verification is at your school. Your DEA is in a federal portal. Your state licenses are scattered across boards. Your malpractice history sits with NPDB. Every time you change jobs, add a state, or renew a credential — you re-do the same chase. For documents that have already been verified ten times.

Credium ends that. One profile, owned by you, that lives across your entire career.

YOUR PORTABLE IDENTITY

One organized profile. Every employer. Forever.

Every credential on Credium is organized, timestamped, and linked back to its source. Your profile carries a clear record of each document — when it was uploaded, when it expires, and who issued it.

When you share your profile with a new employer, they see a complete, organized record — not a pile of attachments.

  • 25+ credential types tracked across all major categories
  • AI extracts key fields from every document you upload
  • Shareable with any employer, with permissions you control
  • On the roadmap: primary-source verification against state boards, NPDB, and federal databases

NEVER MISS A RENEWAL

Stay ahead of every expiration, automatically.

Your DEA expires every 3 years. Your state licenses are on different cycles. CAQH wants re-attestation every 90 days. Most doctors find out something has lapsed only when their paycheck stops or a patient gets turned away.

Credium tracks every cycle and alerts you 120, 60, and 14 days out — so renewals never sneak up on you.

  • Automatic expiry tracking across all credential types
  • Alerts at 120, 60, and 14 days before expiry
  • Dashboard timeline view of everything coming due
  • On the roadmap: automated renewal initiation for select credentials

State license auto-fill

Your Credium profile becomes the foundation for every new state application. Forms come pre-populated. Checklists generate automatically. Deadlines track themselves.

Primary-source verification

Instead of reviewing a photo of a document, Credium will check credentials directly against the issuing authority — state medical boards, NPDB, ABMS, DEA, and medical schools.

Why it matters

Primary-source verification is the gold standard hospitals require for privileging. Today it's slow, manual, and repeated at every organization. Credium verifies once — so providers carry credentials that hospitals already trust.

When you start a new job, send your profile. Not 40 PDFs.

Sharing your profile with an employer takes one click. They see only what you choose to share, for as long as you choose. You're never locked in — revoke access anytime. Your data stays yours.

FOR CREDENTIALING TEAMS, HEALTH SYSTEMS & AGENCIES

Every day a provider isn't credentialed is a day you can't bill.

A physician generates $1.5–2M in annual revenue. Every week of credentialing delay costs your system $30,000–$40,000 — per provider. Multiply by every new hire this quarter. That's not a credentialing problem. That's a revenue problem. Credium gives your team organized, pre-verified credentials on day one — so you spend time credentialing, not chasing paper.

Cut time-to-credentialed, not corners.
Providers arrive with a complete, pre-organized credential packet. Your team reviews and verifies — not retrieves. No chasing DEA certificates. No waiting on mailed transcripts.
Stop being the document collection agency.
Credium providers carry their verified profile from employer to employer. The same packet that satisfied your last hire's credentialing is already built and ready for the next one.
Walk into admin reviews with a dashboard, not an apology.
Real-time visibility into every provider's credentialing status. Know what's blocked, what's pending, and what's expiring — before leadership asks.

Why it matters

Built on the side of the doctor, not the employer.

Most credentialing software is built for the organization that employs you. The data lives in their system. When you leave, it stays behind. Credium inverts that.

FAQ

Questions providers ask.

Do I own my data? What if I stop using Credium?
Yes. Your profile is yours. You can export everything at any time as a PDF or structured file. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed. We don't hold your credentials hostage.
Can my employer see everything on my profile?
Only what you choose to share. You set permissions per share, per time window. You can revoke access at any time. Employers see what you grant them — nothing more.
How is this different from CAQH ProView?
CAQH is owned by health plans, not doctors. Your CAQH data exists for payers' use. Credium is built for you — your career identity, that you control. We're building CAQH sync so you can update once and have it propagate everywhere.
How is this different from Medallion, Arctic, or Assured?
Those platforms are built for healthcare organizations to manage their providers. The data lives with the employer. Credium is built for the provider directly — your profile follows you across your entire career, regardless of who you work for.
What does "primary-source verified" mean, and when is it coming?
Primary-source verification means checking a credential directly against the issuing authority — your state medical board, NPDB, ABMS, your medical school — rather than just reviewing a photo of a document. We're actively building this. It's on our near-term roadmap, starting with state medical boards and NPDB.
What if I have a complicated history — multiple states, gaps, prior issues?
Credium handles complexity. You decide what to disclose to which employer. We help you build a complete, accurate profile regardless of how complex your career has been.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are HIPAA-ready by design and do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your documents are stored in private, access-controlled storage — only you and those you share with can see them.

Your credentials. Your career. One profile.
